6 Month Buying Plan Simulation

The 6-Month Plan is a recent project where our team designed a retail buying simulation for the luxury brand Hermès. We developed a detailed six-month buying strategy, simulating the role of buyers for their Fall collection. This project demonstrates the ability to strategically plan, make informed purchasing decisions for a high-end brand, and collaborate effectively with peers.
