Hermes Popup Shop

In our Retail Management class, we designed a pop-up shop for the luxury brand Hermès, immersing ourselves in every aspect of the planning process. From selecting prime locations to crafting a buying strategy and coordinating all the essential components for a seamless pop-up experience, this project provided invaluable hands-on experience in both event management and retail strategy.
